Jakarta is represented at the various gaelic football tournaments in Asia by the Jakarta Dragonflies. We also hosted the South East Asian Gaelic Games in Jakarta on May 29th 2010. Teams from Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam took part. The competitiion was held at Jakarta International School(JIS). Singapore ran out eventuall winners in both the ladies and men's competition with the Dragonflies a respectable 3rd.

This tournament was our most successful to date as we were runners up in competition, beaten in the final by a more experienced team from Dalian in China.
